Troubleshooting Interface File Conversion
Occasionally, you can encounter problems with the data that prevent it from being posted properly into the database. When data is incorrect, you see one of the following statuses on the files:
These file statuses indicate that part of the data is not posted into the database, which can affect other parts of the interface posting process, and most importantly, it affects the accuracy of your data in PortfolioCenter.
Troubleshooting warning and error messages can take time. However, the time you spend correcting these items is well spent to ensure the data, vital to your clients' reports, is correct and accurate.
